No Emergency Monitoring

We do not track vessels, monitor float plans, or watch for overdue check-ins. If something goes wrong, contact the U.S. Coast Guard on VHF Channel 16 or call 911 — not us.

Float Plans Are Never Stored

The Float Plan Tool generates a document for you to download and hand to a real person on shore. We never see, keep, or file it. If you lose it, we cannot recover it.

Labels like "Protected," "Exposed," or "Advanced" reflect general characteristics, not a promise about conditions on any given day.
